Daphna Rivera focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters, with a particular interest in class actions, investigations, workplace safety and health, and discrimination/harassment.
Prior to joining Littler, Daphna gained valuable insights into the complexities of the hospitality industry through her work in human resources at a prominent hotel and as an intern at a restaurant chain.
During law school, she was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review and the Immigration Clinic. She began her career at Littler in the summer of her 2L year as a summer associate. During this time, she worked on client matters including EEOC charges, and legal research on discrimination matters.
