Dana Palombo represents management in a wide range of employment law issues. She has experience representing employers in matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), among others. She defends employers against allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Dana also assists employers in identifying the potential for litigation, advises on how to mitigate legal risk, as well as represents them in settlement negotiations and mediations.
Prior to joining Littler, Dana worked for a federal agency where she handled employment disputes and litigated matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and served as co-counsel alongside Assistant U.S. Attorneys for matters in district courts. She also practiced in government ethics and compliance, advising clients on financial conflicts of interest and ethics compliance associated with financial disclosures as well as drafted and conducted relevant agency-wide trainings.
