Corey Dunn advises and represents employers in a variety of state and federal employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliaton, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. He also represents and counsels employers in labor relations matters, including union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, and grievance arbitration.
Prior to joining Littler, Corey served clients in a broad range of industries at a regional full-service law firm based in Louisville, Kentucky.
