Overview

Connor Lynde partners with his clients to understand their litigation needs and then utilizes his substantial litigation and negotiation skills to achieve effective and efficient results that meet those needs. Connor has achieved successful results for his clients at every level of the litigation process – in prefiling negotiations, through motion practice, at trial, and on appeal. His experience includes defending employers in wage and hour claims and employment discrimination claims in both state and federal court and in state and federal administrative proceedings. Connor also uses this experience to counsel employers on best practices to prevent future claims or to ensure more favorable future outcomes.

Prior to joining Littler, Connor was a litigator with a national defense firm in their Chicago, Illinois, office. Previously, he was an attorney with a defense firm in St. Charles, Missouri, where he represented businesses and municipalities in employment claims, commercial claims, and various other types of lawsuits.

In addition to his J.D., Connor earned an LL.M. in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Certificate in Public Interest Law.
