Overview

Brittany Green represents and counsels employers before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies in a broad range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Prior to joining Littler, Brittany was an associate at an international full-service law firm where she handled complex litigation on a broad range of employment and labor relations matters in state and federal court.

Brittany served as an extern for the Hon. Carl Anthony Walker in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, and was a senior editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review.
