Overview

Brendan Johnson represents employers in collective, class, and hybrid actions under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws. He also advises employers on wage and hour compliance best practices to avoid litigation.  

Brendan has represented employers in ethnicity, age, and disability discrimination and harassment matters, as well as whistleblower and other retaliatory discharge claims.
