Overview

Breanne Lynch advises and represents employers in a variety of state and federal employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliaton, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. She also represents and counsels employers in traditional labor law and labor relations matters, including union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, and grievance arbitration. 

Prior to joining Littler, Breanne served as a labor and employment associate at a national full-service law firm in Seattle, where she advocated for and advised employers on all aspects of employment law.

Breanne is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin, native, where she practiced civil defense litigation before moving to Washington State. In law school, Breanne served as an articles editor for the Marquette Law Review, and served as an Academic Success Program Leader for Legal Writing, Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law.
