Overview

Brandon P. Macken counsels and advises companies in various aspects of employment law, including executive compensation agreements, employee hiring and separation, and drafting of employee handbooks and policies. Additionally, Brandon regularly represents employers in workplace investigations for employment disputes involving harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower violations.

Prior to joining Littler, Brandon practiced at a large full-service law firm, where he focused on advising and representing emerging companies in numerous corporate and employment law matters, such as corporate governance procedures, executive compensation, SEC compliance and various employment-related disputes.

During law school, Brandon served as a judicial extern for the Arizona Supreme Court and was an associate editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. Brandon has also worked for various sports agencies, where he gained extensive experience drafting employment and marketing agreements for high-net-worth individuals, such as professional athletes and coaches.
