With experience in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration, Bradley E. Schwan’s practice focuses on defending California employers in wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation, including the enforcement of arbitration agreements. He also represents clients defending against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and individual wage and hour violations in litigation and in front of administrative agencies in Texas and California. He represents a broad range of clients including, but not limited to, clients in the transportation, software, and retail industries. Bradley’s practice also includes helping employers design and implement commission and incentive compensation systems and workplace policies that comply with labor and employment laws, and defending clients in litigation over the same issues.
Before starting his legal career, Bradley served on active duty in the U.S. Army for six years as a field artillery officer in the First Cavalry Division and a military intelligence officer with the 10th Mountain Division.
