Overview

Bradley Crowell represents employers nationally in complex litigation and employment law. He has represented clients in high risk cases involving trade secrets and unfair competition, employee benefits litigation, and whistleblower and Sarbanes-Oxley matters.

Brad also conducts workplace investigations concerning allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and of whistleblower allegations under Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank.

Prior to joining Littler, Brad worked for an international law firm in Philadelphia.
