Bianca Devaney advises and represents employers in a range of labor and employment matters.
Bianca graduated in the top 10% of her class at the Florida State University College of Law, and earned Book Awards for her academic achievements in Employment Law and Legal Research and Writing classes, among others. While in law school, Bianca served as the president of the Moot Court Team, and was awarded the William VanDercreek Award, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the team. Bianca also served as co-competition chair for the trial team, staff editor for the Business Review, 1L representative for the Student Bar Association, and as a student ambassador.
Before joining Littler, Bianca worked as a legal extern for the Florida Commission on Human Relations, assessing employment discrimination cases filed throughout Florida. She also worked as a teaching assistant for the Juris Master Program at FSU Law, assisting students with employment law classes on Workplace Safety and Wellness and Employment Law for HR Compliance.
