Ashton Hupman counsels employers on a wide array of labor and employment matters, including:

  • Disability and accommodation
  • Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
  • Employee handbooks and related personnel policies/procedures

Ashton also represents employers and companies in all aspects of litigation in both state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and at labor proceedings.

Prior to joining Littler, Ashton worked in the Washington Regional Office of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
