Ashley E. Monticciolo focuses her practice on representing and counseling clients in a variety of labor and employment law matters arising under both state and federal laws.
Prior to joining Littler, Ashley was a litigation associate at a prominent insurance defense firm. Ashley has experience in managing high volume litigation, motion practice, and representing clients in mediation.
During law school, she competed at the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition and the NYC Bar National Moot Court Competition, advancing to the national finals. In addition, Ashley worked as a student attorney in the Transnational Environmental Law Clinic.
