Anne Sweeney Jordan has experience in defending employers and businesses in state and federal court lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, whistleblowing and retaliation. She represents California and nationwide employers at administrative conferences and hearings, as well as at mediation and trial.
