Overview

Aaron Spratlin advises and represents employers in employment and labor law matters. Aaron focuses his practice primarily on advising and representing national and regional employers on matters related to federal labor law. He has experience representing clients in unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB, assisting in representing clients in labor arbitrations, leading collective bargaining negotiations, counseling on labor related risks associated with personnel decisions, and creating and administering labor management relations trainings.

Aaron’s labor experience spans several major industries, including transportation and warehousing, private utilities, manufacturing, and healthcare.

In addition to his labor practice, Aaron has experience litigating employment matters arising under federal law, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disability Act. In litigation matters, he relies on his experience as a federal clerk to effectively identify the determinative facts in a dispute, which allows him to advocate more persuasively for his clients.

Prior to joining Littler, Aaron worked as an associate at a regional firm in Marietta, Georgia, where he managed employment litigation matters in federal court, commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, and insurance defense matters.

Aaron previously served as a Judicial Clerk to the Hon. J. Clay Fuller, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Georgia. His responsibilities included drafting reports and recommendations deciding motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in various federal employment and consumer protection actions.
