Elaine Egan

Elaine Egan advises on all elements of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Her experience includes drafting contractual documentation and policies, defending litigious matters brought to the Workplace Relations Commission, guiding employers through HR processes, and advising on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.

Elaine trained as a solicitor with William Fry LLP and worked as an associate in their employment and benefits department.
