Efraín Zapata Muñoz

Efraín Zapata Muñoz has extensive experience in defending labor lawsuits and chairs the firm’s litigation practice. Prior to joining BDS Asesores, he served in the Labor Court of the Second Judicial Circuit for six years.

Efraín was a professor of individual and collective labor law at the University of San José. He is a contributor to the Elempleo.com Section of the Periódico La Nación and has had several articles published in Actualidad Económica magazine. He presents seminars and speaks at conferences on the topics of labor, employment and privacy law.
