Overview

Dr. Stefanie Reiche advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. The emphasis of her work is on navigating international restructuring and transaction projects as well as advising in all matters of industrial relations law, including leading arbitration board proceedings. Her particular experience is in the organization of business sales and purchases, as well as outsourcing processes with an eye to operations transitions. An additional focus of her work involves advising in the area of occupational pensions, including the introduction and modification of company-wide pension schemes.

Stefanie is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany.
