Dr. Matthias Kast advises employers in all matters related to individual and collective employment law. He focuses on the implementation of rationalization measures for personnel, including negotiating works council redundancy agreements, drafting employment and service contracts and counseling both corporations and managers.
Matthias is especially skilled in employment law strategy. His professional experience includes prior positions at another large, international law firm, where he became a partner in 1998. He was admitted to the bar in 1995 and is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany.
Matthias regularly publishes articles and gives seminars on various employment law topics.
