Littler in North America
Founded in North America in 1942, Littler is now the largest law practice in the world exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law. We serve as a single point of contact for our clients’ local and global labor and employment needs, helping multinational employers to move their employees across borders, comply with local employee relations laws, and assist employers with such international issues as overseas privacy laws and applying company policies worldwide.
We regularly assist our multinational clients with cross-border operations, preventative measures to avoid litigation, and other labor issues. When litigation arises, we have experienced trial lawyers who have represented clients in a wide range of individual and collective actions. We also negotiate and execute labor agreements, negotiate terminations and conduct audits, and assist employers with their internal operations, from regulations and compliance to implementation of pension plans, employee policies and employment contracts, and labor restructuring that results from mergers and acquisitions.

Littler Global Guide
Littler’s Global Guide surveys provide brief answers for more than 45 countries on a range of international employment and labor law topics. This format draws on Littler’s international practice and enables users to drill down into one country’s law or to select jurisdictions to compile a side-by-side comparison across multiple countries.
Global industry and client accolades
Littler and several of our attorneys are recognized in this region for our legal services, innovation and diversity, by multiple publications including Chambers, Best Lawyers, Legal 500, BTI, and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
