Virtual Employment Law Litigation: An In-House Counsel's Guide - Part One

Part One: A Look at the Litigation Process Before Trial

Tuesday, August 4, 2020

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT

To state the obvious, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has dramatically changed life as we knew it. Gatherings and events have moved from the public world of shared spaces to the physically distant virtual world. A prime example of this is virtual litigation. Depositions, mediations, arbitrations – and even trials – no longer take place in the conference room and the courthouse, but rather occur over the internet.

To help in-house counsel navigate in this brave new world, Littler is sponsoring a series of one-hour webinars. Part one will cover virtual employment law litigation up to trial – depositions, court appearances, and mediations. Later webinars in the series will cover arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials.
