Minnesota recently became the 23rd state to legalize recreational cannabis use for adults. The new law will bring widespread changes for Minnesota employers, including whether and when employers can test applicants and employees for the presence of THC (the psychoactive component in cannabis), whether they can take action when a THC-positive test result is received, and how to enforce workplace rules.
