OSHA 101: Practical Inspection Guidance and Regulatory Updates

Knock knock. Who's there? It's OSHA. Many employers find themselves caught by surprise in this situation, which can lead to citations with significant penalties. Two of Littler's workplace safety professionals will provide practical guidance on how your company can prepare for and effectively navigate all facets of an OSHA inspection. In addition, the presentation will discuss significant regulatory updates from the Agency, including the “Worker Walkaround Rule," which allows non-employee third parties to serve as an employee representative during an OSHA inspection, and an upcoming heat standard applicable to indoor and outdoor workplaces and covering nearly all employers under OSHA's jurisdiction.
