In its final year, the Obama administration has continued to impose substantial new obligations on federal contractors. Contractors must become familiar with multiple new requirements including the revised EEO-1 report, major revisions to what used to be called the sex discrimination guidelines, paid sick leave requirements, greater protections for GLBTQ employees, requirements to include information regarding overtime and exempt status on pay statements and to provide special notices to independent contractors, and the so-called “black listing rule" which raises the stakes of a finding of non-compliance.

The speakers will discuss all of these developments, provide an overview of the agency’s current audit priorities, and answer questions about compliance with OFCCP’s complex regulations.
